B3: Create Video: Window Title 'damaged' during creation

- B3: Create Video: Window Title 'damaged' during creation

Once the creation of the video has been started, the progress is displayed in the window title. But instead of "33% - Dia-Show erstellen" it says "33 % ia-show erstellen", the 'D' is missing/truncated. :bug:
