B3: Create Video: Close or Cancel?

Currently, there are buttons "Create" and "Cancel" in the dialog "Create Video" (Create > Slide show | Create Video...).

I wonder whether the "Close" button isn't a "Cancel" button. The creation of "SCR/EXE" is very similar and has a "Cancel" button. So we have different buttons and userinterface for pretty much the same thing, which is no good.

Is there a reason why it's "Close" and not "Cancel"?
