[1.93.4] Canvas resizing switches width & height

When resizing the canvas for a picture for the second time the width & height values are switched for no apparent reason. Is this a setting?

To reproduce:
- Open an image in viewing mode
- Go to Image => Canvas size...
- Enter different values for width & height, for example 800 & 600, and press OK
- Go to Image => Canvas size... and see that width & height are now switched
