v.1.9(win) features which don't exist on Linux

I'm wondering about existing v.1.90win features which are not found anywhere in the Linux realm.
1. Lossless jpeg cropping- it has been available in command line form for years, but not in any GUI I have seen.

Any others?

For all I know, XnView on Linux has the features of XnView 1.81 (roughtly - Pierre can tell more). So all features after that version are missing.
