Crash when tried to open DVD drive with no DVD inside, from browser, folder tree.

Try to press 'Cancel' then.
Always not confirmed, on Xp SP2, no message, but no crash...
Strange, I can always reproduce with default settings and this change:
- options>browser>folder tree - enable "auto collapse"

Fixed, but focus is lost and there is no error dialog for 'real' DVD rom. Anyway, I can live with that. Pierre please decide...
