RC1: Order of menu items in "Open with"

Maybe too late for the 1.82, maybe not:

Currently, the order of the menu items in "Tools > Open with" is:

<Custom program 1>
...
<Custom program n>
-------------------------------------
Add program...
Remove all
-------------------------------------
Associated Program
Associated Editor

This order is not very good, since the programs that can be used for "Open with" are split: Some are listed at the top and some are listed at the bottom. I suggest to list "Add program.." and "Remove all" at the bottom of the menu and thus have the following order:

<Custom program 1>
...
<Custom program n>
-------------------------------------
Associated Program
Associated Editor
-------------------------------------
Add program...
Remove all

I agree with your suggestion, however it should be left for XnView 1.83.
