b3: [minor] iptc info icon not deleted after clear+write

1) choose 'edit iptc data' -> iptc edit dialog
2) choose 'clear' -> all fields blank
3) choose write -> iptc info icon still visible in browser

IPTC info icon should be deleted, as there is no iptc data for this image...

It's not really a bug, you have a IPTC data but with no fields...

If there is no IPTC Information available, there should be no info icon.

Perhaps this is an error in the 'edit IPTC data...' dialog: It shouldn't write IPTC data (without fields) to a picture if all fields are blank, or?

FlorianH, use Edit>Metadata>Clean to remove IPTC structure.
