B2: Minor: Lossless rotate dialog improvement(s)

- remove/rename xnview.ini
- select any jpg image in browser (or view any jpg image in viewer)
- press Ctrl+Shift+R (or +L)
- focus is on 'cancel' button
- press <left> key to switch to 'ok' button
= it doesn't work, you must press <right> button

Also, I think, focus should be only on button(s), not on "[ ] Do not show..." message, because this is used just once and users should enable it by accident.
