Template for batch renaming

Hi,
I've been looking for a replacement for Adobe Bridge for renaming my photos.
I know, thanks to the support I received from Pierre, that XnView MP is able to rename the photos to the same naming scheme that I've been using for at least 10 years.
Now I'm looking for a way to create a template for my naming scheme, but I can't find an option to save my naming scheme as a template.
I'm using the latest version of XnView MP on my MacBook Pro M1.

If you can create your desired template there it should be remembered, and if you temporarily use another template, you should be able to reload it later from the dropdown template list.

batch rename tool remembers last used values and prev values, but
I would also add Preset functionality, as it has the advantage of being able to memorize the state of all controls and easily switch them all at once

I noticed, after I made changes to the initial/first renaming scheme, that after I made these changes the dialog in which you type or choose the template had turned into a so called 'combo box' in which you can select a template from the dropdown or type in a new naming template.

All that I now require, and I've sent an e-mail asking for this feature, a way to add milliseconds to the options of EXIF attributes to choose for renaming my photos.
I shoot in bursts most of the time and with the latest generation of camera to take 20-30 photos per second you need to add milliseconds to make the name of each photo in the burst unique. Using a sequence number instead is not preferable, since I tend to only keep one or just a handful of those possible 20 photos in the burst and delete the others, which leaves 'holes' in the sequence. This is to me undesirable.

Adobe Bridge can do it. It would be nice if NxView MP would be able to do this too.
