mode combobox is set to Browser by default, which is inconvenient because people usually only use Viewer and don't notice this combo box at all
Suggestion
- improve UX for Toolbar, Context menu, Shortcuts sections
- change default mode to Viewer
OR
- automatically change mode depending on the currently active tab mode
eg if Viewer(or Empty) tab is active and Settings opened - change combobox to Viewer in all 3 sections
- change default mode to Viewer
