a1: Send by e-mail: Dialog layout

In XnView 1.82 Alpha, the layout of the "Send by e-mail" dialog has some potential for improvements:

- Dialog size
For entering longer message texts, and several recpients, it's essential to have a larger dialog

- Wording
Instead of "Recipients" we should use the common term "To:". This will be clearer. "Message" is not so clear, it can be the whole thing or the message text. It should either say "Message text" or just "Text".

- Group box
The options that affect the attached images should be grouped. This will make the whole dialog much clearer.
