Apart from the only two showing ("Black & white" and "pink)" the others consist of just colour names (blue, red, green, etc) - so, no dice about the reticence being used, as one might expect, whenever said categories' names are too long. It just seems to be an arbitrary choice unrelated to how long a category's name is.
Worth of note is that, when I began all the sets creation, my option I was choosing 'hierarchical categories' and TBH, there was a category called 'Farmland' in another set, which was yielding the same reticence - until I just renamed it again to "farm" and it's retifyied itself since. So, though I suspected the color categories' names might be conflicting with the Color Labels' names, thanks to this last example, that turned out no to be the case.
Worth of note is that I tried the same configuration on Linux and everything was fine.
