double click a webp image (either static or animated) opens the explorer, not the image (if the 5 libwebp plugins are added)
especially, animated webp image is not animatic in 2.51.5
try the attached two webp images (one static and the other animated)
the 2.51.5 still does not work with webp

the same association setup for all the formats, but other formats such as bmp, jpeg etc. could well be opened by xnview, by double clicking the image documents... do not know why it does not work for webpxnview wrote: Wed Oct 04, 2023 11:34 am it works here, please check registry entry for .webp

have already started to use imagine, which is only about 1 MB (7z, totally about 3 MB including plugins after decompression). such a lightweight software but supports all the image formatsxnview wrote: Wed Oct 04, 2023 1:37 pmplease send content of .webp key in your registrydmtn wrote: Wed Oct 04, 2023 12:33 pm the same association setup for all the formats, but other formats such as bmp, jpeg etc. could well be opened by xnview, by double clicking the image documents... do not know why it does not work for webp
