HDR laptop support

I have a win11 laptop with hdr. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... d78c68d3b4

Turning it on V\Videos seem to look good but the photos look muted. It seems to even affect the thumbnails if I regenerate them they stay in whatever mode I generated them in.

I would like to use hdr mode but it seems to make this unusable do you have any ideas how to make it work for photos as well?
