Moving categories : Move command improvement

Hello,

When moving a category in the categories pane with Right-click > Move..., the interface should not allow to choose a parent category which already has a subcategory with the same name as the moved one.

For now, user can choose such a parent, but nothing happens (wich is quite logical), but without any message to the user. At least something like " Category could not be moved, a category with the same name already exist" could be fine.
