Edit IPTC: 2 (small) feature requests

Hello,

In order to makes things more straightforward when using "Edit IPTC", 2 small suggestions:

- When multiple files are selected, allow access to "Edit IPTC" if at leat one file is a relevant file for this kind of metadata. For the moment, if one file is not a good one then this command is not available for all the others selected. Boring.

- Allow to edit "Multiple selections" options even if only one file is selected. Better UX

So open dialog with only jpeg files even if you have others formats?

Jpeg files and all other kinds of files that would open the dialog if selected individually (including raw....)

why?

Why why ? These options remain (=are stored somewhere) even after the dialog is closed. They behave more as preferences and, generally, preferences doesn't depend on selection to be set.
