I setup currently the view to
Auto image size="Fit window to image"
and
Force XnView to Fit Image=Yes
It works.
However sometimes I want to get a quick, temporary view on the full image.
So the the whole image should be visually shrinked so that everything can be seen.
This should be possible by a quick click on an icon in the toolbar.
Which icon is suitable for this?
Tobias
Toolbar icon to switch between "Fit window to image" and show full image?

Exactly! Fullscreen is not windowed.
But I want it windowed.
Ok, I will explain it in detail:
I attached 3 snapshot from my Desktop:
1.) I printed the whole, long xnview webpage into a PNG file (=Original)
2.) Then I opened this PNG file in XnView with full width view. In order to see the lower parts users have to shift down/up the image in XnView
....ok
3.) For the 3rd snapshot I adjusted/resized manually the XnView window so that the full height is visible IN A WINDOW (!).
As you see it was not really exactly possible. A small portion of the footer is still not visible. But it comes close to what I need.
Furthermore I don't want obviously have to fiddle around with settings and resizing to get this view.
So what I need is ONE toolbar icons to toggle between view 2. and view 3. of an image.
Alternatively 2 toolbar icons representing view 2. and 3. are acceptable.
I don't want ANY FULLSCREEN view. This is something completely different.
So again: Which toolbar icons are available to serve my needs?
Thank you
Tobias
