Hi, I wondered if someone can help me please...
I have been using XnShell for a few months to convert images (mainly to JPG) but it appears to have stopped working...
• Conversion to other formats seems to still work fine but when I choose JPG, no file is produced
• I have tried selecting JPG directly, and via the "Convert" menu
• Have tried to save the file to the current directory, and other ones
Have tried re-installing the app and re-registering the .dll file, but still no joy so am admittedly a bit stuck... any ideas?

Re: XnShell - no longer converting to JPG
From all/multiple (I tried GIF, PNG, TIFF).
UPDATE: Thankfully XnShell has started working again (by itself), but thanks for your help anyway though!... Am not sure if it is related, but I recently removed GIMP 2 from my system -- are there any known compatability issues / resource conflicts with XnShell <--> GIMP?

I've got the same issue, but only for certain files.
I've tried converting this particular file to a jpg and it produces nothing:

Other formats however will successfully convert.
Could you please look into it?
