OpenEXR - Tiled (MIP)

Hello,

I need to convert a hires TIFF-image (86400x43200) to a tiled (MIP) OpenEXR-image. I was hoping XnView would to the job, but it seems OpenEXR-support is rather limited. Is the EXR libs from the openexr site? And is tiled EXR even supported?

yes i use OpenEXR libs, and tile format not supported

Is that possible to add write support of OpenEXR and least with ZIP Scanline compression? please... i need to convert thousands of uncompressed EXR to compressed EXR :)
