Doesn't open files with Kazakh names (Cyrillic with additional specific Kazakh letters). See the screenshot.

What if my language isn't in the list? There is no Kazakh language

Your language isn't shown in the Windows setting referred to in the above linked post?
I only know what I found from a Google search at the time of the above post...

But you should be able to use XnView MP without a problem, I think...

XNView MP has the same issue, as I remember...
But, also I have some jpeg files with the Japanese letters and hyeroglyphs. Does it mean, that I have to add language to my system every time I open the image with the new symbols in its name?

Hi! It does open, but it works slower than XNView and some functions differ from XNView MP, which is not useful. For example, it doesn't copy (Ctrl+C) the selected area of image to an external program like GIMP (copying works only within the program); when opening the file, it loads slower than XNView, etc. I used to work with only XNView, its simple functionality was enough for fast work.

Right, strange, it works with other apps
For jpeg, XnView MP is quicker than XnView Classicit loads slower than XNView,
what else?etc.

Guess not. Here's xnview opens jpg file: And here is xnview-mp opens the same file: You can notice that there are few ms between first and second operation.For jpeg, XnView MP is quicker than XnView Classic

so it seems that XnView MP is opened quickly, but you have long white screen before image, right?
