0.93.1: Full Screen Window - doesn't resize & third monitor

XnView: MP Windows Version 0.93.1 64bits (Mar 6 2019)
OS: Windows Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362

I have three monitors:
Monitor 1: 1368x912, landscape (primary)
Monitor 2: 1080x1920, portrait
Monitor 3: 1920x1080, landscape

Description of the problem:
Two related problems:
1) I have three monitors and full screen (F11) never launches on monitor 2 (my preference).
2) If you launch full screen and move the full screen window to another monitor (e.g. monitor 2), it will not maximize.
That is, I could ignore problem #1 if problem #2 was fixed.

Effect:
I can't use XnViewMP effectively if full screen cannot be moved. I can't arrange full screen properly for my system.

To reproduce:
1. Browser, select file, F11.
2. Move the full screen window (WindowsKey Shift Arrow) to another monitor (one with different resolution or orientation).
3. Attempt to maximize the full screen window.

Actual behaviour (bug):
When moved to another monitor with a different resolution or orientation, the full screen window is not full screen or has strange dimensions and it cannot be maximized. There is no maximize button for the full screen window, nor are there any applicable options if you right click the full screen window, and F11 just acts like the ESC key if the full screen window is open. Nor does the image properly fit into the full screen window after the full screen window is moved to another monitor.

Expected behaviour:
I am fairly certain that the classic version of XnView did not have this behavior. i.e. I could A) move the full screen window to another monitor and hit F11 and the full screen window and image would indeed resize and fit properly to full screen and B) it would remember which monitor I used for full screen from that point forward.

Note:
There have been many Full Screen issues logged, but I could not find one like this.
I want the browser in Monitor 1 and the Full Screen Window in Monitor 2.
