Converting from Jpeg to Webp

Hi,

I'm using nconvert 7.25 on Windows 10 64 bit.
I'm trying to convert from jpeg to webp, but keep getting the message bad output format 'webp'.

This is my command line:
nconvert -out webp *.jpg

I had read on this forum that I needed to have webp.dll in the Plugins sub-directory, which I do. But still the same issue.
Do I need to register the dll?

Any help would be appreciated.
