Description of Options?

Post by metal450 »

Hi,

New user here; I was looking through the options in XnViewMP (0.93.1), & there are quite a few that I'm not exactly clear on what they do - and despite quite a bit of searching I've been unable to figure out where all the options are actually documented. I did find this thread (https://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=4941) - but that's for XnView, & it seems like many of the options in MP are not listed there. Just a few examples:

Interface->Multiple View for same file vs Only one view per file
Interface->Synchronze browser when view is closed
Browser->Tag->Tagged filelist must be cleared

Where can I find the documentation on what each option/setting actually does?

Sorry but there is no documentation

you can open multiple tabs of same filename
Interface->Synchronze browser when view is closed
when you close an edit tab, browser go to closed folder
Browser->Tag->Tagged filelist must be cleared
If you tag some files, what to do when changing folder, ...

Bummer.

Those 3 were just a few specific examples - there were quite a few more that weren't entirely clear just from their titles. But I guess without any docs, I'll give up trying to go through all the options for now...
