Program won't Launch anymore.

I used this program one time, just fine, but now no matter what I do it won't launch.

Things I've done:
-I've tried renaming it (nothing happens)
-I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it (Nothing happens)
-I've ran as administrator (nothing happens)

This program won't launch, no matter what, well it did EXACTLY ONCE and never again.

Things i've tried:
(Renaming, uninstalling/reinstalling, run as admin)

I'm on windows 10 using a 64 bit system, and I tried both 64 and 32 bit versions of this program.

No, it wasn't a crash, it doesn't launch, period.

it can't even crash because the program won't start up.

could you try to drag&drop a picture file on xnview's icon?

I found it, deleted it and..

it WORKED!
