I have macOS Sierra (10.12.4) with Xnconvert (version 1.74 x64).
When I add pdf file and want to have the output as JPG, I get the error: not a picture.
Is there any idea?
Thanks in advance
Mohamed

On the Output tab in Load format settings... on the PS/PDF tab, there is an option Ignore read errors, could you try selecting that setting...mohamed 2 wrote:I have macOS Sierra (10.12.4) with Xnconvert (version 1.74 x64).

If you haven't already done so, you need to install Ghostscript, 32-bit or 64-bit according to the XnConvert version you are using.
If you still have a problem opening the file, I have the impression that for some unexplained reason XnView software doesn't open some PDF files that other software can open...

Re: error: not a picture
Many many many thanks XnTriq. Yes, now it works. I followed this link in your original link (xx.pdf 0x0x0 : not a picture):
Richard Koch
Ghostscript install package for macOS
and downloaded Ghostscript 9.21 and it is excellent now. No errors.
Just to summarizes, for those on mac, install ghostscript to avoid error: not a picture.
Best regards XnTriq,
