0.84 b2: Draw Tool: Black outline around text

In the Draw tool, you can insert a text with outline. When using a large font (e.g. 100) and adding an outline with a small outline width (1 or 2), you cannot see any outline. The outline gets online visible when using a width >= 3. It looks as if there is another (black) outline between the text and the actual outline.
