In Draw tool, when adding text you can use an outline. Currently, the thickness/width of the outline can be set to 0 which has the same result as using no outline.
Minimum value for the outline width should be 1.

Fixed in beta 4.
Note:
When using spin buttons and spinning to the minimum value (0.1) and then spinning up, again, the value are 1.1, 2.1, and so on. These value look a bit odd, but it's not too bad.
