0.84b1: Draw tool: No drawing of shapes w/o contour

In the Draw tool of XnView 0.84b1 you can draw shapes like rectangles and circles. Currently, there is no way to draw a rectangle and circle without the contour line. There should be three settings (like in XnView Classic) for drawing rectangles and circles:

- Fill + Contour
- Fill, only
- Contour, only.
