0.83: SaveAs problem: Date time original not saved when savi

The filedate and time change to now when saving a modified image to a different location than where the original image is stored, or when the filename is changed.

To reproduce:
1- Create two directories "Source" and "Dest".
2- Copy one file to the Source directory.
3- Open the file, modify something, like crop the photo.
4- Save the file with menu File, Save as...
5- There are several options what you can do with Save as, I tried them all:
- Option 1, to same location (Source), same filename
The extension shows "jpg", all my files are "JPG", so I change that.
The file is saved (overwrite yes), the modify date is still the same as exif date, extension is JPG.
So that goes well.
- Option 2, to different location (Dest), same filename
Select the Dest directory to save the file.
The extension shows "jpg", all my files are "JPG", so I change that.
The file is saved, the modify date is now, so not the exif date, and the extension is still jpg.
Not good I think.
- Option 3, same or different location, but changed filename
Leave the directory to Source, or change it to Dest, it doesn't matter.
Change the filename, add "crop" to it or so.
The extension shows "jpg", all my files are "JPG", so I change that.
In both cases (directory Source or Dest) the modify date will be changed to now, so not the exif date.
The extension will be jpg, not JPG.
Not good I think.

I suppose that when "Keep original date/time" for "File saving" is checked, this should also apply to Save As?
For testing I use your download on a test machine, all settings as default.
I also would like that the extension is not changed from JPG to jpg, but I don't know if that interferes with your ideas.

Tested in 0.84 beta 1, al options now work fine, original date/time values are kept.
