[Fixed] Button caption lost

Hi Pierre,

Just started with .083 beta 1.
I had cmd_fitlarge (Fit image to window, large only) added to my View mode toolbar.
In 0.83 beta 1 this still works, but the text is gone, so it's more or less a hidden button.
In version 0.81 it was still a wider button with the text "Fit image to window, large only".

Recently another issue was solved with custom commands. I guess that now some default XnView actions that can be choosen will now get blank buttons.
At least all the Fit image... commands. I tested with a few random commands, like Align or Bottom, also not having an icon, they show buttons with text in the toolbar.
