RC7: Preview fullscreen dialogues not visible.

1. F2 'Rename' is not visible in foreground. It is the background and unavailable.

2. <alt + m> and <alt + c> - Same problem occurs in copy/move dialogue.

3. <alt + enter> 'properties' - Same problem.
