RC5: Tip dialog: Next tip at startup

When starting XnView, the tip dialog appears (unless it has been deactivate). At startup, always the first tip is shown. Instead, the tip dialog should show a tip per startup, remember the last tip shown, and show another tip at next startup.

Not a real bug, but tip dialogs are supposed to work like described above.

No, it's not really the first tip. I show always the "Use all formats " tip first, because i think it's very important. Try to enabled option/General/Use all formats

Even if the hint on special format is important, I don't like showing up the same tip all the time. Could you please make the "Special format" tip a normal tip - just like the others?
