RC5: Tip dialog: Do not show this message again.

In the tip dialog (which appears at startup unless deactivated), it currently says "Do not show this message again." This should be relabeled, e.g.
"Do not show tips at startup."

Note:
Currently it sounds as if the user can choose not to show a specific tip, again, which is naturally not the case.
