Add WebM-Support

its possible to support WebM-Writing

i think it should be possible to produce WebP-Images
an combine it in a WebM-Container (every image is B-Image)
with a possible to use this container as Multi-Image-Format (similar GIF/MJPEG)

if this is possible it would be nice to have a good alternative to CBR/CBZ-Comic-Reader-Format
