RC4: Exit from the Browser=GPF…

Post by Clo »

:) Hi all !

- I attemped to close XnView from the local menu (RMC) in the preview area of the browser; one picture (icon) in the preview, and a board of thumb-nails showing the dir. of these icons.
- I got a pretty G.P.F. like you can see below:

       Image

- Sorry, all my Windows are in French, but everybody knows that “beloved” message of MickeySoft…
- Under Win 98 SE (FR) - 1.80 RC4

On Windows 98SE, this also crashes for me. But only with one additional step: Viewing the fullscreen (lite).

1.) Activate option General > "Add 'Exit' to context menu".
2.) In Browser right click on an image file and choose "View in Fullscreen".
3.) Close fullscreen
4.) Right click on the preview and choose "Exit".
-> XnView will exit and GPF.
