That's some good reasons. A toolbar button for Fullscreen should be really added. The question is whether it should be visible by default or not. I think it should.

OK, Fullscreen button is there, but not with old .ini file, so all "old" users must add it manually. Probably it's not possible to fix it...

I have another idea:

Move the Fullscreen button next to the (1st) Open/Browser button (in the browser and viewer).
