Hi,

When a selection has a fixed ratio (like the image), it can't be resized with the mouse using the left or right handler, but it works with the vertical or diagonal ones. It's only a problem with this particular ratio.


To reproduce:
1. Open an image in the view mode
2. Edit -> Ratio -> Like the image
3. Draw a selection with the mouse
4. Try to resize it with the left or right handler

Actual behaviour (bug): nothing happens
Expected behaviour: the right or left handler should behave like the others

I've just reinstalled XnView MP but still got the same behaviour.
But everything goes back to normal when I don't choose this particular ratio first but in second.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.91. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
