To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open .webm
3. press F2 to rename
- rename
- press OK
error message will appear "An error occured during renaming"

issue does not depend on playback state, video can be paused or playing

• error
  - if video file opened from brower tab

• no error
  - if opened via other ways
  - also no error if opened from browser, but navigated to another folder

ok, if the video file is locked in browser, it can't be renamed in viewer
