Auto refresh after rating or color assigned

In the browser if I set the filter to "= 1 star", it will show all the images with "1 Star".
Now if I change one of the image to "2 star", I expect this image should be disappeared from the list.
But the behavior now is the image still in the list.
Only when I change the filter to "= 2 star", and change back to "= 1 star", this image disappeared from the list.

Is this by design?

I found XnView very performant compared to DarkTable. Nice work!
