Hi Pierre & the team,
I'm a very old user of this super software. Congratulations for the evolution of Xnview !
But you forgot me . I already report the bug, Pierre answered me that it will be ok at the next realease and ... he forgot.
This happened a long time ago.
So, i'm trying again. That's the issue :
- i ask to see all the file of a folder by activating "See all the file (recursive mode)"
- all the files are displayed
- if you do an operation on a specifique file (i.e : rename a file), the recursive mode is immediatement desactived.
- You must re-activate "See all the file (recursive mode)" before doing an other operation.
Could the recursive mode stay active until you decide to desactivate it ? It will be very handy.
To perfom numerous specific operations on various files, you will save a lot of time !
Thanks again for the software.
François

Re: keeping recursive mode active
Hi Pierre,
I had the feeling that this bug was recently corrected.
But whith the new version (?) ... I have the feeling I lost the correction.
If you choose the recursive mode and you rename one file for exemple, the recursive mode is falling.
Only the files belonging to the main directory ("root") are displayed.
Am-I right ?
Best
Francois
