Smaller indents in folder panel

Does anybody know if there's a way to reduce the left padding/margin of the folder list in the folder panel? This is one thing that really bothers me. There's just so much wasted space here, the indent really doesn't need to be that big. I want to keep my folder panel as narrow as possible while still having every subfolder name visible without horizontal scrolling.
