Been using on MAC for a couple of years. Just purchased Sony camera, shooting RAW and JPG and reviewing my new/used Sony. Noticed in XnView, the Sony RAW/ARW files are pixelated on magnification but not in JPG. Since I'm checking out a new camera, wondering if it's the camera I checked RAW images from Nikon and Canon. Nikon was good, Canon pics show same pixelation as the Sony. I use XnView as a quick and easy viewing tool, and love it. I also use it to do quick review of RAW photos to see if any post processing is needed. Is there any option in XnView to view different RAW photos from different camera manufacturers. They all view correctly in editing tools. I was ready to return the Sony then, with the comparisons determined it's not the camera.
