Hi.
1st Question. What I do: Set "Fit image to desktop", then try to shrink Xnview MP window size with mouse. Do the same in Classic to compare.
Example. I opened an image in Xnview MP- Picture A
When I change (shrink horizontally in this example) Xnview MP window size - the scale of the image is changed. Picture B
How to do it to not change, how to do it like in Xnview Classic - changing window size doesn't change scale, but crops the image? Picture C
What I have found: If I press "Lock Zoom" then Xnview MP behave like Xnview Classic, like I want. But there are maybe Lock Zoom bugs
: 1) If I close Xnview then reopen Image - it starts behave like it did earlier - shrinking Window size changes the image scale (but Lock Zoom is still On) 2) Lets return to "If I press "Lock Zoom" then Xnview MP behave like Xnview Classic" - but if I unpress "Lock Zoom" - it still behaves like Classic (logically it should undo changes and return behave like it did before that - changing image scale), and it doesn't matter how many times I press Lock Zoom - it still behave like Classic until i restart Xnview.
2nd Question. What I do: Set "Fit image to desktop", open small image, close it. Then open a lot larger image - you can see like it opens in small state for a brief moment, then blink to large size. Xnview Classic doesn't have this issue - it opens correct size right away.
I have tried different options - no help. Is there a way to do it like in Classic?
