How to copy EXIF metadata from one photo to another one

Hello, I would like to be able to copy the EXIF metadata from one photo to another (mainly the shooting dates, and the GPS coordinates).
Generally between the original of a photo, and its backup after modification by a tool does not keep the exif data.

This is doable with Exiftool, but I did not find how to do it directly from XNVIEWMP. Insofar as Xnviewmp uses Exiftool, in particular to modify the dates or the GPS coordinates of a photo, I tell myself that the copy of exif data from one photo to another must however be possible.

I have assumed that it could be behind the menu "metadata/transfer ..." But if that's the case, I did not understand how to do ...
