Mac - Permissions to set when loaded [Solved]

Hi Guys, I have moved over from a PC to a Mac and forgot to give permission when I loaded the software for the Downloads folder. I gave permission for Pictures but nothing else. Is there a way I can re set this please?

I tried unloading and reloading the software but couldn't see the permissions area again.

Clearly, I may need permission in downloads to see 'Airdropped' files from my phone which show up there.

Oops, sorted. Found it in system prefs. Bit new to Mac. Thanks Anyway
