Missing Watermark

Despite generating a copy of the image clearly marked result - the image has no logo. I have tried different combinations of file extensions and sizes but no joy. I have fixed this in the past by deleting the app then downloading a fresh copy but not very convenient. Are there minimum image requirements Im missing? Please help - any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hello Pierre and thank you for responding.

I understand your question but this simply happens without warning. It goes through the motions but the watermark is not there in the result.

After many attempts, I personally believe the problem is not with your software but with my image files because nothing else has changed.
Now, it doesn't matter what format the image is in, it simply does not work at all.

Usually, i uninstall the software and start over. Sometimes, it works beautifully for months on end and then suddenly it stops.

Im hoping you have heard of this issue before. Im convinced it must be me so i appreciate your help.

My questions:
what are the strict rules for acceptable formats?
Does uploading an incorrect file type or size somehow trip the program?
Is there a way to delete the current image for the watermark to try re-installing same?

Im sorry, there are no steps to reproduce but i have attached one of the images that will not accept the watermark along with the result to show you.

Is there anything you can see that is wrong with this file?

1. it looks like you are using Batch convert - make screenshot of your settings. Otherwise, if its Viewer>Edit>Add watermark, make sure Opacity is not 0.
2. share watermark file that is not sticking to your source image, maybe this is the problem. I have no issues adding watermark to your source file.

Not using batch images - getting them from multiple sources - most direct from manufacturer
