I'm getting more and more into setting up XnViewMP the way I want it - fabulous app with sooo much customization. : )
One thing I wonder about: is there a way to make a folder thumbnail be easier recognizable as such? I set XnViewMP to show one thumbnail for the folder's content, but the yellow folder frame around it is barely visible. See here:
The first thumb is a folder, the second an image (of which a copy is in that folder).
Although I've tried all kinds of settings, I'm not able to reproduce the appearance of the folder thumbnail as seen in your screenshot. The tab (top left) is missing
Hey there, thanks for the reply. : ) The moment I stumbled across a PNG with transparency, I did see the need for the adjustment you mentioned. Doesn't really help at all though with the quick recognizability of a folder icon as a folder though, when 1 thumbnail was chosen for folders and that thumbnail's source happens to be a square image. No biggie though, rather nitpicking. ; )
