Does xnviewmp have the perspective tool (or another tool for the same purpose) ?

I haven't seen such a tool. I usually do stuff like that in Affinity Photo. You can find all kinds of tools under the batch convert feature if you take a look
There are some good online editors if your need is sporadic such as https://www.fotor.com

Hello

i Believe that quapurna wants that effect in XnView and not another software for making that effect

it is not my favourite effect in XnView, but it looks nice adding it, but i prefer other effects (Drop Shadow Effect, Oil Panting Effect, And 3D Border Effect) these effects are really importants for me and i think for others as well
