Thank you for quick reply
Downgrade fontconfig package to 2.12.5 everything work!

for Arch user you can download older package from
https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/
and install by pacman -U "package name"
or

sudo pacman -U https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/ ... pkg.tar.xz
