If one has a slow (but high resolution) tablet as I do, the lack of preview thumbs is very frustrating. My tablet takes 2-3 seconds to render each sketch.

Please consider implementing thumb previews!

yes, i have worked on UI for retro version, now i'll work on ui for sketch...
Do you think that i can remove swipe gesture to go to previous or next effect if i add thumbnails?
